LaDonna is in Customer Service in our Memphis office.  She joined us in the Spring of 2016, and has a background in the industry in the capacity of customer service, accounting, and sales support.

Andy Owens

Andy has been with SMG since 2006. He covers the Memphis market with Jeff, and travels into north Mississippi and all of Tennessee.  He has 30+ years experience in the plumbing industry.

Jeffery Hilton

Our Principal and 4th Generation in this business, Jeff has been in the plumbing and the HVAC industry for 30 years. He covers the state of Arkansas, and north Louisiana.

02. Project Development

We have the expertise to monitor appropriate and timely completion of a project, consistent with the bid specification, product delivery, troubleshooting and product knowledge, all in the most efficient manner.  We follow up with on the job troubleshooting and problem solving as necessary.  Most of our success depends strongly on relationships with contractors and plant personnel, and the knowledge that SMG will be there before and after the order has been entered.

 

03. Client Access

We make factory personnel and ourselves available whenever our customers demand.  Training  seminars and installation instruction are a very important part of our marketing strategy.  We cover Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and North Louisiana.
