Tabatha Rathheim Hilton

Tabatha has been with Southern Marketing Group since 2004. She is our Operations Manager, whose duties include managing our Memphis office, HR & Accounting,  Customer Service and Sales support, and IT.

and end users, but also with the specification of those products, namely the engineers and contractors.  We are dedicated to the promotion and service of a product from the time of specification, thru order entry,processing, delivery, and installation.

About Us

Randy Howington, Jr.

Randy lives in Nashville, and is our Outside Sales Rep in central Tennessee.  He has previous experience on the Wholesale side of the plumbing industry.

Andy Owens

Andy has been with SMG since 2006. He covers the Memphis market with Billy, and travels into north Mississippi.  He has 30+ years experience in the plumbing industry.

Al Rathheim

Our Principal and 3rd Generation in this business, Al has been in the plumbing industry for 37 years. He covers the state of Arkansas, and north Louisiana.

LaDonna Ellis

LaDonna is in Customer Service in our Memphis office.  She joined us in the Spring of 2016, and has a background in the industry in the capacity of customer service, accounting, and sales support.

Matt Reisinger

Matt is Inside Sales in our Memphis office.  He joined us in the Fall of 2015, and has a background in the industry in the capacity of inside and outside sales representative, as well as sales management. He has worked both on the rep and wholesale side.

02. Project Development

We have the expertise to monitor appropriate and timely completion of a project, consistent with the bid specification, product delivery, troubleshooting and product knowledge, all in the most efficient manner.  We follow up with on the job troubleshooting and problem solving as necessary.  Most of our success depends strongly on relationships with contractors and plant personnel, and the knowledge that SMG will be there before and after the order has been entered.

 

03. Client Access

We make factory personnel and ourselves available whenever our customers demand.  Training  seminars and installation instruction are a very important part of our marketing strategy.  We have offices and warehouses in Memphis, TN and Jackson, MS for the convenience of our customers.  We will also be opening a new office with a warehouse in Nashville, TN in January 2015.   We cover Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and North Louisiana.
